Register Now for Summer 2026 Programs
Located at NorthernShire in Underhill
Week 1: June 15 - 19, 2026
Week 2: June 22- 26, 2026
Week 3: June 29 - July 3, 2026

Tuition for Day Camp is $450/week.
If a cancellation is made prior to 21 days before camp starts, we will refund your camp fee, minus a $50 admin fee as long as we or you are able to find a replacement participant. There are no refunds less than 21 days before camp.
There is no credit card fee to pay for camps.
Full payment is needed to hold your space in youth camps.
Tuition for Forest School for the 2025/6 year is $1850. Full tuition is due by July 5th, 2025.
A $300 non-refundable deposit is needed to hold your space for Forest School.
If a cancellation is made prior to August 1st, 2025, tuition minus the $300 deposit will be reimbursed. However, if a cancellation is made after August 1st, tuition will be non-refundable unless you or we are able to find a suitable replacement participant.
WILD WOODS AFTERSCHOOL '25/'26
Tuition for Wild Woods After School program is $550. Full payment is due by July 5th, 2025.
If a cancellation is made prior to August 1st, 2025, tuition minus a $50 admin fee will be reimbursed. However, if a cancellation is made after August 1st, tuition will be non-refundable unless you or we are able to find a suitable replacement participant.
TEEN NATURALIST PROGRAM '25/'26
Tuition for Saturday Teen Naturalist Program is $795 for the year.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is needed to reserve your spot.
Full payment is due July 5th, 2025.
If a cancellation is made prior to August 1st, 2025, tuition minus the $200 deposit will be reimbursed. However, if a cancellation is made after August 1st, tuition will be non-refundable unless you or we are able to find a suitable replacement participant.
TEEN RETREATS

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure a spot in teen retreats.
If a cancellation is made prior to 21 days before the event tuition minus the $200 deposit will be reimbursed. However, if a cancellation is made 21 days or fewer before the event, tuition will be non-refundable unless you or we are able to find a replacement participant.
There is an approximately 1% ACH to pay for teen retreats online with bank account information. This fee is refunded if you pay by check.
ADULT RETREATS
SHIFT HAPPENS- No retreat scheduled
Spring
Work Trade available based on financial need.
Stay the night before or after: $50
Full Payment is due by February 28, 2026

There is an approximately 1% ACH to pay for overnight retreats online with bank account information or a 3% credit card fee. The fee is refunded if you pay by check.
RETREAT HEALTH POLICY

For the week leading up to the retreat, participants are asked to make health conscious choices to promote a healthy community on the retreat.

We will ask all participants and staff to practice good hygiene including hand washing before meals to prevent the spread of sickness
AFTER YOU REGISTER
You will receive an invoice by email within a few days. You can pay by ACH by clicking on that invoice, or you can just go ahead and mail a check to us for the full amount of the youth camps, or the deposit, or full amount of the Teen/Adult retreats.
